100years later a Redemptorist Group came to pay their respects.

The Salve Regina was sung and we retreated in silence.

He died in 1917, 

shot by a Turkish sniper on the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem.

His name can be found engraved in Westminster Cathedral - among other places.

May he and all the War Dead rest in peace!
