POVERTY

We live our vow of poverty so that we won't expend our energies accumulating everything and anything

jesuschrist

we can lay our hands on.

We share what we have with others.

We need to make sure that we do not have a possessive mentality.

In this way, we are ready to go wherever we are needed.

CHASTITY

We live our life of chastity so that we can love and serve wherever we are needed.

As Redemptorists we happily embrace this vow by a celibate way of life, which frees us and helps us witness in a particular way to the Gospel.

OBEDIENCE

We live our life of obedience so that we can always listen to God's voice, heard through our time in prayer and in discernment with our community.

The vow is especially important as we try to read the signs of the times.

We listen, so as to be ready to take the Gospel where it is needed most.

PERSEVERANCE

We live our life of perseverance so that when things get difficult and challenging we won't be tempted to pack things in.

We take this vow as sign that we are in this for life - through thick and thin!

If you are on this page then it is probable that you think you have a vocation or you may know someone who has a vocation...

Under construction...
