CSsR North West Europe under 50's...

Confreres under the age of 50 years gathered in St Mary's Monastery Kinnoull, Perth, Scotland to share, discuss, pray and recreate together as we move to become a larger province in the coming years.

The Provincial Superior of Canada, Fr Santo Arrigo CSsR., was invited to come along and speak about the experience of the Redemptorists in Canada. There they had the issues of language, Provinces and Rites to join together as one Unit; the Province of St Anne de Beaupré (French speaking). the Byzantine Ukrainian Catholic of Canada Province and the Edmunton-Toronto Province (English speaking). A mighty task and as Fr Santo stated,

"In the end, it was an experience of unity in the Spirit, reminding us that we are no longer separate units, but one, and that this unity is for mission, and that we all have something to contribute towards the future mission of the Province of Canada." Fr. All in all it was a great experience of being confreres

united together in mission and community!
